About Fallas de Valencia This feast takes place in Valencia (Spain) every year from 15 to 19 of March. Fallas are big monuments made of paper machê, wax, wood and other materials. They are placed in the streets during the days of the festival and are made to portray many different satirical themes. Neighboring congregations pay for the monuments.
