About the Resch Center The Resch Center is the third facility within the Brown County Veterans Memorial Complex seating over 10,000 people. It joins the Brown County Veterans Memorial Arena and ShopKo Hall. The Resch Center is fast becoming one of the premier entertainment destinations in the Greater Green Bay area. It is estimated to host over 1.2 million people per year and has already had record crowds for Cher, James Taylor, John Mellencamp, Ray Charles, and the Globetrotters.
