Verizon Wireless Amphitheater, previously known as Irvine Meadows Amphitheater, an outdoor concert amphitheater with reserved seating for 10,418 and lawn-seating for 4,582. Irvine Meadows Amphitheater changed their name to Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in April 2000. Verizon Wireless, formerly AirTouch Cellular, has a seven year multimillion dollar contract with SFX Entertainment. SFX operates the amphitheater.
